Serviceman showed up within 2 hours of our call. Kalib went over the repair requirements and costs very thoroughly. It was a great help in deciding whether to make the repair or install new. He located the parts and made the repair quickly.

Woke up in the morning and the furnace was not working. I called Modern Sheet Metal and told them about my problem. With it being so cold, I did not think I would get service for perhaps a day. Excellent service!!! My 19 year old furnace went out at night. I called Modern Sheet Metal before 7 am and they had someone at my house by 9am. The old furnace had a 20 year warranty so they would have repaired it for free. I opted for a new furnace with a big discount from the old furnace. They patched the old furnace to get me going and installed the new furnace 2 days later. Great people!!!

My furnace stopping working. When I contacted Modern they offered to come right away (at night) or the next morning. Someone was at my house by 7 am and in minutes showed me what was wrong.it was still under warranty so they made sure to put in the exact replacement instead of a different one so it would be covered.
