I called late yesterday to see if someone could come out after 10 am today to fix my 22 year old air conditioner. Tim arrived shortly after ten and quickly fixed the problem. He also answered all of our questions and gave us information about what to expect in the future. Modern Heating and Cooling has been keeping my heat and air conditioning running smoothly ever since I moved to Neenah 22 years ago.

I had to have a new HVAC system installed in my 1921 home. Modern Sheet Metal was a breeze to work with from quote to install. I would highly recommend. Everyone showed up on time or called to see if they could come early, all questions were answered, time was spent to make me feel like I was their most loyal customer and the techs even cleaned the floor when they were done. The system has been running great.

We've used Modern for years and have had nothing but exceptional service. Yesterday we called about our air conditioning making a strange noise. Tim Martin who has serviced our HVAC for many years stopped out this morning to provide not only service and repairs but also what to watch and listen for if we have any other issues. Tim has been great for checking our heating/AC system. He got all the work done professionally and neat. Would recommend him again in a heartbeat. Hands down the best company we've ever worked with! They saved us this winter from the -50° freeze. They not only trouble-shot us through the weekend, they were at our door before 8am that Monday. By noon that day we were having a new furnace installed. Every person we've encountered at Modern; from the technicians, the sales guy and the office, they have all been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Just today, they came to install our new air conditioner. And without a doubt, they were on time and again wonderful to work with. THANK YOU again, Modern. You guys set the bar!

I just converted from Oil heat to natural gas. Modern Sheet Metal installed my new furnace and removed the oil tank from my basement. When our carbon monoxide detector failed with the kids and babysitter home, Aaron ran over immediately to verify the house was safe for them to be in. Great guys to work with. Tim is a top notch boiler technician as well.

Modern Sheet Metal did a full planning and installation of heating and cooling for us with new construction. Jeff and his team were extremely easy to work with and overall have done a very professional job with the installation and follow-up with additional details. With new construction, nothing seems to go 100% as planned but when I needed to have them at the house, they were there to help. We were (unplanned) self general contractors for our project. Jeff was always prompt to respond to questions or concerns I had with the process and also offer suggestions to overcome construction issues that we encountered.We had MSM install 2 radiant systems fully zoned and a forced air heating and air conditioning. Jeff and I discussed several options for getting the "best system" for our needs and I believe that we have done exactly that. I probably challenged him a bit more than most but he was always open to suggestions and willing to answer my questions, regardless of what they were.We have had a couple of challenges after the installation with minor equipment failures but MSM has stood behind their work 100%. No questions asked and also has been extremely prompt with repairs. I can tell that they value long term relationships with their customers and understand that the best way to succeed in business is to leave a trail of happy customers.I strongly recommend using Jeff and his team at Modern Sheet Metal for whatever your project is. They care about getting it right and also stand behind their work and products in a way that is not always seen in the construction/contractor world today.

Such a trustworthy business and honestly I couldn’t be happier with their technicians! This summer we recently went through them for our A/C unit. They were quick and just wonderful. This winter we had a problem with our furnace and called a different company to come out (not realizing that Modern had emergency heat services). The other company came out and absolutely refused to fix our furnace and said it needed to be replaced. Granted this was 11:00pm and having a technician tell me they weren’t going to fix it because there was too much wrong was a horrible feeling especially with 4 kids sleeping upstairs. The other company called my husband he told them we had another company coming out to look at it and give us a quote, they then called me to see if they could get a different answer. This was a scare tactic. We didn’t want to go through anyone else but Modern for a new furnace if we needed it. I called at 7:00am and told the gentleman on the phone what happened and what was going on. He assured me that the tech would have some space heaters in the van if we needed them. He sent out a technician named Aaron. I explained what the other company had said and he said I am going to do some trouble shooting and see if I can fix it. Let me tell you he was able to fix it. He not only fixed it but was able to see where the problem had originated and fixed that too. Hands down honest people work for Modern and they work with you. Highly recommend Modern Heating and cooling / sheet metal. 👏🏻🙏🏻👌🏻
